AI Agent is an assistant that helps you edit your projects using natural language commands. Instead of searching for tools manually, you can simply describe what you want to achieve in the chat.
Access AI Agent
To open the AI Agent, do the following:
Open your project in the Video Editor.
In the left-hand sidebar, click the AI Agent icon.
The chat panel will appear.
How to work with AI Agent
To edit your video using the AI Agent, do the following:
In the AI Agent chat panel, type your request in the message box at the bottom or click one of the presets to start.
Press Enter or click the Send icon.
Depending on your request, the AI Agent will analyze your project and perform the requested action, or will ask you to specify additional parameters if required before performing the action.
After the AI Agent performs an action (e.g., adds text or trims a clip), you will see the changes immediately on the timeline. You can use the Undo button in the top toolbar if you want to revert the change.
Each message you send to the AI Agent counts toward your usage. For details about message limits and credit consumption, see AI Agent limits and credit usage.
What AI Agent can do
The AI Agent can help you with a wide range of tasks, including:
AI media generation
Generate a 6-second video of a running dog in 1920 × 1080 resolution, with barking and running sounds.
Generate a 5-second 4K video of swimming fish in a 4:5 aspect ratio, without sound.
Generate a realistic image of a dog walking in a park in 1792 × 1024 resolution.
Generate the sound of a powerful race car.
Basic editing and timeline management
Trim the first 3 seconds of the video.
Speed up the second clip by 2x.
Delete all images from the timeline.
Rearrange clips so the one with the ocean comes first.
Visual adjustments and filters
Make all clips 20% brighter.
Apply a black-and-white filter to the whole project.
Increase the contrast of the last clip.
Set the canvas background to a gradient from white to red.
Adding elements and text
Add a title saying 'My Summer Trip' at the beginning.
Add a square shape in the top right corner.
Add a stock video of a beautiful starry sky.
Record with my camera.
Tips for writing prompts
A "prompt" is the instruction you give to the AI. To get the best results, keep these tips in mind:
Be specific: Instead of saying "Fix the video," try "Make the first clip more saturated."
One task at a time: For complex edits, it is better to give commands one by one. Do not combine several actions in one.
Context matters: Mention which file you are referring to, for example: "the background music" or "the first video with a cat"
