You can use Clideo services as follows:
- As a visitor (free, no registration is required)
- As a registered user (free, account registration is required)
- As a premium user (a Clideo Pro monthly or annual plan is required)
The free version, which is available for visitors and registered users, allows you to test and access the service before purchasing a Clideo Pro plan.
You can have different usage limitations depending on whether you are a visitor, registered user, or premium user.
Watermark
Visitors and registered users: We place a small watermark (our website's logo) on every video or image at the bottom right.
Premium users: No watermark.
Upload size
Visitors and registered users: Up to 500 MB.
Premium users: Up to 100 GB.
File processing speed
Visitors and registered users: No priority.
Premium users: Highest priority.
The video processing speed can also depend on various factors, including the frame size (width and height), video duration, and desired output video format.
The "Continue in" feature
This feature allows you to continue editing a file in another Clideo web tool.
Visitors and registered users: Not available. Visitors and registered users need to download the edited files and then upload them to another Clideo tool.
Premium users: Available. After exporting, premium users can open the project in another tool.
Automatic subtitling
Visitors: Not available.
Registered users: Up to 10 processing minutes per month.
Premium users: Up to 500 processing minutes per month.
Automatic subtitling can include recognition, translation, or both, with each process counting toward the monthly limit separately, for example:
- Recognition only: auto-generating subtitles for a 20-minute video uses 20 processing minutes.
- Translation only: translating manually added or uploaded SRT subtitles for a 20-minute video uses 20 processing minutes.
- Recognition + translation: auto-translating a 20-minute video uses 40 processing minutes (20 for recognition and 20 for translation).
Unused minutes are not transferred to the following month and expire at the end of each billing cycle.
Text-to-speech (TTS)
Visitors, registered users, and premium users: All users can create as many TTS tracks as needed, provided they follow fair usage guidelines, with each track limited to 500 characters.
Export settings
Visitors: 480p (Standard quality), 720p (Standard quality), GIF.
Registered users: 480p (Standard quality), 720p (Standard quality), GIF.
Premium users: 480p (Standard quality), 720p (Standard quality), 1080p (High quality, FHD), 2160p (High quality, 4K), GIF.
Recording
Visitors and registered users: Up to 15 minutes per recording session.
Registered users: Up to 60 minutes per recording session.
Projects storage
Visitors: Projects are not stored.
Registered users and premium users: Projects are stored in your profile for a specified period of time.
