Clideo tools allow you to import files from your local or external device as well as cloud storage. You can import from the tool’s landing page or, additionally, inside some tools during editing.
Supported file formats
Refer to this article to see the list of formats supported by Clideo tools.
Supported file locations
You can upload the files from the following locations:
- Local computer or mobile device storage
- External drives (USB flash drive or external hard drive)
- Media devices connected to your computer (phone, tablet, camera)
- Cloud storage accounts (Google Drive, Google Photos, Dropbox)
You cannot upload files directly from CDs
You can drag and drop files to the webpage from folders on your computer or external drives only.
Browsers do not support dragging and dropping from folders of media devices (phone, tablet, camera) connected to your computer. You will get the error message: Unfortunately, some of the provided files are not supported.
To enable drag and drop to the webpage, transfer the files from your media device to your computer or external drive first.
