After editing your file with any Clideo tool and exporting it, you can download it from the result page. The file is then saved to your device's Downloads folder. Since our website cannot modify this folder, the location depends on your device or web browser settings.
If you haven't changed your default download folder, popular browsers like Google Chrome typically save files to these locations:
- Windows: \Users\Downloads
- Mac: /Users/<username>/Downloads
- Linux: /home/<username>/Downloads

macOS
To open the Downloads folder, do one of the following:
- In the Finder sidebar, select Downloads.
- In the Dock, find Downloads.
- While in a browser, press CMD+J to open the Downloads folder.
Windows
To open the Downloads folder, do one of the following:
- Open File Explorer or press the Windows logo key+E, and under Quick access, select Downloads.
- While in a browser, press CTRL+J to open the Downloads folder.
Linux
To open the Downloads folder, do the following:
- Open the File Manager.
- Under Places, select Downloads.
Android
To open the Downloads folder, do the following:
- Open the Files app.
- Tap Downloads.
iOS
To open the Downloads folder, do the following:
- Open the Files app.
- At the bottom right, tap Browse.
- Tap Downloads.
Apple has a known issue with saving files to the gallery. For example, if a file has a non-standard resolution, it may not appear in the gallery at all. If you still have issues finding the downloaded files, please read the manual for your device or contact Apple Support.
