You can easily create new projects on the Clideo website and in the iOS Video Editor app.
Create projects on the website
You can start a new project in three different ways, depending on your account type.
Visitors
- Select a tool on the Clideo page.
Registered users (with a free Clideo account)
- Select a tool on the Clideo page.
- Start a project from My projects (go to clideo.com/account/projects or click the Clideo logo).
If you have no existing projects, click Create video in the center of the page to create a project in Video Editor or click the drop-down arrow to select another tool.
If you have projects, at the top right, click the blue + New project button and click the Create video button or select one of the canvas presets to create a project in Video Editor, or select another tool.
Premium users (with a Clideo Pro plan)
- Select a tool on the Clideo page.
- Start a project from My projects (go to clideo.com/account/projects or click the Clideo logo).
- Use the Continue in… option to switch to another tool and transfer the file to a new project without downloading and uploading it to a new tool.
Create projects in the iOS Video Editor app
To create a project in the Clideo app, do the following:
- Launch the Clideo app.
- Tap the + icon.
- To import your media files at this step, select the files you need and tap Next. To add files later, tap Skip.
