Your payments are processed by either FastSpring or Stripe, depending on your location. These are trusted payment providers that securely handle your payment details and process your transaction.
Invoices via FastSpring
After each purchase is processed by FastSpring, an email with payment and invoice details is automatically sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
This email contains your order reference, which can look like this: CLI211111-1111-11111 or CLIDEOLTD211111-1111-11111.
How to view and download your invoice
- To view your invoice, do one of the following:
- In the email with your order receipt, click the View Invoice link at the bottom left of the Total section.
- If your order reference starts with CLIDEOLTD2, replace the sample number (CLIDEOLTD2YMMDD-XXXX-XXXXX) with your actual order reference number in this link https://clideoltd.onfastspring.com/account/order/CLIDEOLTD2YMMDD-XXXX-XXXXX/invoice and paste it in your browser.
- If your order reference starts with CLI2, replace the sample number (CLI2XXXXX-XXXX-XXXXX) with your actual order reference in this link https://clideo.onfastspring.com/account/order/CLI2XXXXX-XXXX-XXXXX/invoice and paste it in your browser.
- To open the PDF version of your invoice that you can download or print, click the download icon at the top right.
How to change invoice details
If you need to change the company name, VAT number, or any other information in your invoice, or if you need another type of invoice, you can do that on our billing partner website only:
- Go to the FastSpring Update Invoice page.
- Click the Create Case button.
- Fill in the form and describe the changes you need.
Invoices via Stripe
After each purchase is processed by Stripe, an email with payment and invoice details is automatically sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
How to view and download your invoice
To view your invoice, open the invoice email you received from Stripe at the email address you used for your Clideo receipts. From there, you can open the invoice in your browser and download or print it as needed.
If you do not see the Stripe invoice emails, you may try the following:
- Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.
- Make sure your company does not block or quarantine emails from Stripe or @stripe.com, as some corporate email systems may stop automated billing messages from being delivered
How to change invoice details
Unfortunately, you cannot change invoice details for payments processed by Stripe. Once the purchase is completed, the information on the invoice cannot be updated.
