How to add VAT on my invoice?

All Clideo payments are secured by FastSpring. It is a reliable billing partner for a lot of merchants, including us. 

Add VAT during payment

If you are placing an order on behalf of a company, on the Secure Checkout by FastSpring screen, click the Enter VAT ID link and enter the VAT identification number. Then click Submit.

Add VAT after payment

It is possible to add your VAT number or request a VAT refund, if applicable, after making the payment. You can do that on our billing partner website only: 

1. Go to FastSpring Tax or VAT/GST Questions or Billing Questions.
2. Click Contact Consumer Support.
3. Fill in the form and describe the changes you need.
