If you accidentally created two accounts and want to merge them into one, you can contact our support team. Support is available from 10 am till 6 pm CET, Monday – Friday.
- If you want to merge paid accounts, we will need you to prove that this is you (your company) who paid for the account(s). This could be a bank statement indicating the charge or an email from FastSpring.
- If you want to merge free accounts, we might need you to respond to our messages from both emails, so make sure you have access to both email addresses.
