Clideo Video Editor includes an AI Agent — an AI-powered chat assistant that helps you edit video projects using natural-language commands.
Who can use AI Agent?
AI Agent is available to registered free and premium users. Visitors who are not registered cannot use AI Agent.
AI Agent usage
AI Agent usage is subject to message limits and credit usage.
Free message limit
When using AI Agent for the first time, users receive a one-time allocation of free messages to try out AI-powered features.
- The number of free messages is not fixed and depends on the type of AI action, the complexity of your request, and the model used.
- Once free messages are used, they do not renew.
Credit usage
After reaching the free message limit, further AI Agent messages will require credits from your balance. For more information on credits, see the How do credits work page.
After seeing the "You have reached your message limit" message, do one of the following to authorize credit usage and continue using AI Agent:
- Users with remaining credits: Click Continue to authorize use of credits.
- Users without remaining credits: Click Upgrade to switch to a plan with more credits.
If you do not want to use credits in AI Agent, do not click Continue or Upgrade. Simply leave the AI Agent chat.
Once you authorize credit usage for AI Agent:
- Credits will be used in the current and all future AI Agent chats.
- Credit usage per message may not be fixed and will depend on the type of AI action, the complexity of your request, and the AI model used.
- Credit usage per message may change if AI providers update their pricing or configurations.
- The remaining credit balance will be displayed in the Clideo Video Editor header or on your profile page.
