You can delete your Clideo account at any moment.
Before you delete your account
- Download all your projects before deleting your account. Deleting your account permanently deletes it and all its associated data, including saved projects, settings, and more. A pop-up warning informs you that all data will be deleted, and after confirming, the action cannot be undone and the projects cannot be restored.
- Cancel the subscription before deleting your account. Deleting your account does not cancel your active subscription or stop monthly/annual recurring payments.
A new Clideo account is created when signing in via social media or email for the first time. If you try to sign in again after deleting your account, you will succeed, but it will actually be a new account, without your previous projects or settings.
Delete your account
To delete your Clideo account, do the following:
- Go to clideo.com and sign in to your profile.
- Click the red circle with your initial letter at the top right.
- Click the Delete account button below the Login options section.
- In the pop-up screen with the warning about the deletion of all the associated data, select Yes, I want to delete my account, and then click Confirm.
