Clideo offers a paid Clideo Pro plan that you can buy if you need premium features and higher usage limits.
Your payments are processed by either FastSpring or Stripe, depending on your location. These are trusted payment providers that securely handle your payment details and process your transaction.
Where to buy Clideo Pro
You can buy a Clideo Pro plan on our website from several places:
- Pricing page (for visitors only).
- Premium features: When trying to use premium features or when exceeding your limits.
- Crown icon: While using any Clideo tool, click the crown icon at the top right.
- Profile page: When signed in, go to your profile, then open the My plan tab and click Upgrade to Pro.
How to buy Clideo Pro
To buy Clideo Pro, do the following:
- On a page with plans, use the switcher at the top to select Monthly or Yearly billing.
- From the drop-down menu, select the number of credits, then click Get started.
- Choose a payment method and enter your details. Depending on your location and payment provider, available payment methods, required details, total amount, and currency may vary.
- Complete the payment.
Currencies
Prices are shown in USD (US dollars) by default. The final amount and currency are calculated automatically based on your location and payment provider.
- FastSpring: Payments can be processed in various currencies, depending on your location. You can change the country and language from the drop-down list in the top-right corner.
- Stripe: Payments are processed in USD (US dollars) only.
Payment methods
During checkout, you can select one of the available payment methods, including credit and debit cards, PayPal, and digital wallets. Available payment methods depend on the payment provider:
- FastSpring: Methods depend on the selected country. You can change the country from the drop-down list in the top-right corner. See the full list of FastSpring payment methods.
- Stripe: Methods depend on your current location. See the full list of Stripe payment methods.
Business purchases
During checkout, you can purchase a plan on behalf of a company:
- FastSpring: Click the Enter VAT ID link, then enter your company's VAT ID. You can later update your company name, VAT number, and other invoice details on the FastSpring website.
- Stripe: Select I'm purchasing as a business, then fill in all required company details. Make sure the information is correct, as you won't be able to change it after purchase.
